Offer begins on August 8, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. PDT (“Offer Period”).

Bill pay transactions and mobile reload transactions are not eligible. Only residents of the 50 United States or D.C. who have a Xoom account in good standing and have not transacted with us within the last 12 months or create a new Xoom account after the Offer begins are eligible.

Xoom may cancel, suspend, or modify the Offer or these terms at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Transactions completed in non-domestic currency are subject to a transaction exchange rate, which includes a currency conversion spread. This offer is non-transferable.
