Use the Xoom service through the Xoom mobile app or Xoom.com to send an international transfer to Colombia that will be received in Colombian Pesos and receive a promotional exchange rate for all qualifying transactions (“Offer”). Offer begins on January 10, 2024, at 12:00:00 a.m. PT and ends on April 10, 2024, at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (“Offer Period”).

The Offer is not transferable. Bill pay and mobile reload transactions are not eligible. Only residents of the 50 United States or D.C. who have a Xoom account in good standing or create a new Xoom account during the Offer Period are eligible.

Xoom may cancel, suspend, or modify the offer or these terms at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Transactions that are not completed in USD are subject to a transaction exchange rate, which includes a currency conversion spread.
